We source entire range of construction building materials that match quality standards and parameters of the industry and also provide various value-added features with doorstep delivery.
  • Part consignments are difficult to track. Hence we prefer that you order full consignment and give instructions for parting the consignment appropriately in our user-friendly website. However please note that the charges for freight/transportation shall be borne by you multiple times respectively.
  • Yes, you are eligible for credit terms provided you transact multiple times on our website. Credit payments are subject to conditions. The prices of the products will vary if you avail credit.
  • Since we are aggregators/consolidators of the products, we can offer attractive prices for your requirements since we consolidate various requirements and get volume discounts from the suppliers.
  •  We get the material directly from the manufacturer/distributors hence the quality of the materials can be ensured.
  •  We do PAN India Business and hence we can source any item from any corner. We know the market, so we can match your prices and needs to the righ suppliers across India.
  •  You can rely on on-time delivery of the ordered products as we deal with many  customers at a given point in time. 
  • From the time of Order until the time of dispatch, we take responsibility for the transactions. We provide you an annual report of the items that were ordered through Bauenguru .

  • We have tied up with our bankers – HDFC Bank who deal with secure gateway. Your payments are absolutely safe and we ensure that your payments are highly secured. We respect your privacy and do not share any of your account information with the third party.

  • In case of faulty transactions - contact your bank immediately if you suspect an unauthorized transaction from your bank account.

  • Reasons which results in wrong transactions:

    • Due to human (typing a wrong account number) or technical errors.

    • Human errors due to discrepancies in the account number, IFSC code or both.

    • Technical glitches at the bank's end can also cause the error.

  • We have the goods shipped from the nearest warehouse / dealer / distributor, the shorter transit time, timely delivery, low transportation cost, and safety of goods are important factors that clients look for. Deliver timely goods at the desired place with low cost, effectively and without any damage.

  • We have dedicated staff to take care of the logistics and tracking the orders. Once we receive an Order, the team will follow-up with the manufacturer/suppliers, ensure that the vehicle is reaching on time to your doorstep, without affecting your project timelines.

  • Bauenguru  does not appreciate its suppliers to supply bad / damaged / obsolete goods. However, if such case occurs, you are requested to call us on the numbers given on the website. Our personnel will arrange to replace the same.

  • Please note that you inform us at the time of delivery in order to bring it to the notice of the supplier.

  • In case the notice takes more than 24 hours to report, sufficient proof that the damage occurred before the time of delivery shall be produced by the customer.

  • Yes, Returns policy exists. Bauenguru will return the money if the order is not fulfilled to the fullest satisfaction of the customer. However, cancellation amount shall be credited only to the same ordered account.  The amount shall not be transferred to any new account.

  • The Return policy shall not be applicable in the following cases:

    • Returns of the items shall not be applicable for Fragile goods, paints and lubricants, tiles & stones, custom-made products and items that are specially mentioned by the supplier.

    • Returns shall not be applicable to Variation clause: The Colour shown on the website or catalogs shall vary. The customer has to make a careful choice before ordering. The size and weight at the time of delivery shall also vary subject to conditions mentioned by the supplier. Customer shall refer IS code for any variations.

    • Returns are not applicable If there is a price reduction for any commodity / item / service post the placement of the order.

  • We are aggregators / consolidators. We follow strategic procurement approach which enables better pricing. We consolidate volumes of our customers and negotiate with suppliers. Since we are present Pan-India, we have more negotiating power. We work with wafer margins and pass on best benefits to customers. 

  • Our business model is primarily designed to provide maximum profitability to the customer. Timely Delivery, Quality & customer satisfaction is also our Motto. Since we focus on cash savings, your business will move towards long-term success. We request you to give us small, medium or higher volumes in order to consolidate for better pricing with the supplier. We have a transparent business channel and certainly the business integrity and compliances are ensured to a customer.

  • We have dedicated personnel to track order and give you information. You have to enable SMS mode for sending you updates. You can get in touch with our customer support team for knowing the status of the consignment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable for only certain products where the value is lesser than 15K and which is delivered by hand.

  • We do not entertain this mode of payment since construction materials are not subject to return if in case it is rejected at the time of delivery. As per the new taxation terms, invoice once made by the supplier cannot be canceled or taken back. Hence we are restricting only to a small value.

  • Yes, our website is made simple giving importance only to the contents/products. We have ensured that the user will not face issues while ordering. We have covered maximum possible description for better understanding. We have tried our best to give the customer a ‘Showroom Experience’.

  • Our prices are competitive because we bypass the supply chain process by directly contacting the manufacturer / distributor, thereby ensuring reduced price / cost.

Products requiring technical sheets & quality certificates are accompanied with proper documentation. However if encounter ever a case – inform us at the time of the receipt of goods & max within 24 hours. We will try & have the goods replaced.

  • No Show – if for any reason some specific product is not available, we will inform you in advance and suggest to similar best matching product or brand.

  • At the time of registration with us, you are requested to give us your project site address. We will ensure that the products are delivered at the appropriate project sites (applicable for even multiple project sites).
  • You can order on us from anywhere in India, to any project that is being carried out in any given city (cities prescribed by us) by simply giving your project details. The applicable pricing shall be as per the city was chosen.
  • We will deliver the products to the project address given by you as we have a strong presence of professional purchasers stationed at each city, thereby ensuring fair prices always.
